A few years ago, after reading about what a backed up colon does to your body, I went to a specialist and had a colonic irrigation. They basically flush your colon out with water. As I said, this is only my day 4 BUT I have already gotten so much relief! I have gone to the bathroom many times in 4 days. At first, I was pooping out little pellets-the leftovers from days past. For anyone who's contemplating this product, 'buy it,' you will not be disappointed. As I learned in the book Natural Cures, there is anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of undigested fecal matter clogging up the digestive system, and this is the very digestive system that is designed to nab nutrients from the food we eat. If it's plugged we are definitely not getting the nutrition we need to function properly. My experience has been right on target with everyone's so far. Easy movementsfar more than the once a week (if I was lucky) hard feces. I was mixing the fiber with Gatorade until I ran out so I just mixed it with water. Honestly, I didn't think it tasted that bad. I wouldn't serve it to guests, though. I don't know what is undigested food though I think I recognized some garlic I'd cut up. The rest...such as the tiny red objects that a customer mentioned...the ones with scales and a head...I saw those. Maybe eggs as well...so I've been searching eBay for a microscope. I never thought I'd be digging around in the toilet, but this is so fascinating to me. I'm a photo/journalist and not a spring chicken. I had always been one of those goes 2-3 times a week at most kinds of people, and my abdomen bloats like crazy after I eat a meal. The first week, I was having up to 5 bowel movements a day, and only a few resembled diarrhea. After that week, I've averaged out to 2-3 pleasant bowel movements a day, and most of them look exactly the same, but some are more in quantity than others. The point when I believe I'm passing old material is when I see this really dark colored matter kind of twisted into the normal stuff (which is like the color of caramel). I'm pretty weak stomached, so I've only dug around once in this dark matter. The consistency was stretchy/rubbery (a bit like almost dry silicone sealant or window caulking), and this material was intertwined with the normal stuff, which broke apart easily, as one would expect. I've experimented with two things so far, my water intake and the amount of time I steep my tea at night. What I found was that drinking AT LEAST 8 glasses of water (or two 1-liter bottles that we all carry around) is absolutely necessary for bowel movements to occur. When I lowered my water intake on 2 different days, I barely had a bowel movement the next day (and by barely I mean like the good old days of a few pebbles). I also found that I am one of those 7 minute tea steepers. It also doesn't hit me as soon as I get up either. I've found that much like my normal bodily habits, I have to put something in my stomach in the morning to get my system going (which has always been normal for me), and then I can definitely feel that urge to go, from the tea. So, although I've not seen creatures or worms, and up to now my stomach is not a ton flatter, I do still believe this product is working for me. My partner is also very happy and has had similar results. She said her stomach is flatter, and her work pants are fitting better already. We keep the camera close by, so if anything interesting appears, we'll send some pictures. I have been on the program for almost three weeks. My bloating is gone, I have a bm two to three times daily and so far no discomfort from my hernia. I have seen many odd things, starting with long things stretched around my stool, to tons of tiny black seed like things and yesterday there was a huge long thick thing that would not break apart. In December 2005 I ordered a 2 month supply and I am now sorry I didn't order a 3 month supply because I want to make darn sure this stuff is gone after what I have seen! Day 1-27 I had one good bowel movement a day and sometimes two. This was great because previously it was about 1 a week only after using a suppository. I truly thought my bowels and colon had stopped functioning and it scared me. Day 27 Day 31 I had the petrified poop, as we call it, coming out. With that about 6 tapeworm heads (scolex) and for the next 20 days the bodies of the tapeworms (the proglottids which looks like cooked rice). No doubt this was causing my constipation! Day 21 of the 2nd month more petrified poop so we will see what follows. Yes, I examine it every day because I want to see what this stuff is. I consider it a science project. Here's my story. About 3 years ago I had and emergency gall bladder surgery to remove this organ, that doctors insisted, I could live without. Well, I'm sorry they were wrong. Yes, I agree that I didn't die as a result of losing the gall bladder, not right away anyway, but I felt that I slowly was dying. I believe my health problems are a direct result of losing this organ. Up until that point I was very regular and very active as well. not enough fiber in the diet
My name is Annie and I just had to give you a status report. 
I am on my third month of the Colonix cleanse, and have had some amazing results. I have always suffered with constipation and nothing I took seemed to help. I learned about the Colonix Cleanse by listening to one of Kevin Trudeaus tapes. He did not claim that this product would heal any disease, but he recommended it as a good colon cleanser. So, I went online and looked up the word colonix and came across your website. 
I am very impressed by your product. I have been using the Colonix pack for 2½ weeks and I love it! 
I happen to be 79 years of age and for two weeks I've been into your Colonix Pack program...and with fantastic results! Actually I noticed great things happening on the 3rd day of my starting the regimen.

I had never heard of a colon cleansing program. 
I wanted to provide my experience so that those of you who don't pass these creature-looking things or worms also know that this product is still working. I'm a 32 yr old woman. Both my partner and I were interested in colon cleansing, and I found this product. I ordered it, and on February 10, 2006, we started the program, so we are exactly 3 weeks into the program, as of today.
I prayed for a miracle and it came in the form of Colonix Fiber Supplement. 
I am a 36 year old mom of five. I have always had a constipation problem since I was a child. I felt lucky if my bowels moved twice a week. 
Like many others I did a google search looking for something to help me with chronic constipation and found your site. 
For years I was unable to have regular bowel movements, I felt lucky if I could go once a week because usually it was longer between times. When I finally would go it was very painful.

I was very skeptical of the whole cleansing idea. Before starting this Colonix program, I only used the bathroom 1 time a week or even once every two weeks. I knew this could not be good. I mainly started this cleanse for constipation reasons. I am now on day 11 and absolutely can NOT believe what I am seeing. I have been going to the bathroom 1-2 times a day since day 1. 
I have always had a problem with constipation, constant discomfort and bloating. I never felt like going out with my friends because I was always self conscious that I would have gas, or have a pooch. However, I am proud to say that things have changed!
